Chaos is Currently Reigning

Guys. I have some chaos happening right now. I don't know what to do first. Currently my to-do list looks like this:

1. Fix a zipper on one of my favorite pairs of shoes.

2. Fix my car that is now leaking oil.

3. Pack for two trips.

4. Write a grant proposal.

5. Get my foot x-rayed.

6. Finish making 30 enchiladas for friends that I love and adore.

7. Finalize a blind date.

8. Scrub out my crock pot.

9. Buy a few shirts.

10. Pick up a prescription of Ambien.

11. Go to Oklahoma.

12. Go to Tunisia.

13. Eat.

14. Sleep.

15. Maybe cry.

Any thoughts on where I should begin? Feel free to re-arrange my list for me. Or, better yet, feel free to do my list for me.

You are the absolute best.

  2. I cried this morning so......feel free to count it for yourself. I'd be happy to scrub out your crockpot for you if you'd like! :)

  3. First priority: finalize the blind date. :) Secondly, please scratch my name (Melissa) off of the enchilada list! For. Reals. Have you tried the Crock Pot condoms? Reynolds refers to them as slow cooker liners, but it's all semantics. I'm telling you, it will change your life. No scrubbing involved. Nothing. So easy breezy. There is a great shoe fix-it place at Dry Creek and University next to Yogurtland. I think the sign just says "Tailor" but they're close to your work and do a great job. :) Those are my thoughts. I love you, sweet friend!

  4. Xray first. It may change everything else.

Can't wait to hear about all your adventures. It's good to have a friend through whom to live vicariously. Love you!

  6. That IS quite a list! But, just think, if you come here, we can totally knock out several of the last numbers. As a matter of fact, what else do we do when you come, but eat and sleep? ;-)

  7. Wow. I read Melissa's and one of the words literally JUMPED off of the page.

You'll get it done. No worries.
